   7. All check boxes to consent with Google Adsense policies.

4. Verify account information and select the required option in the "Which best describes you?” section.
5. If you have a Google Account then you can continue logging with it else, you can also create a new account.
6. Move ahead to create Google Adsense account.

Your account is submitted for review. This may take a week to a month. Wait for the approval. If your website will be approved for Google Adsense then the next step will be to generate Google adsense code and add it to your website. This is the process to create Google Adsense account.
